We collect as little data as possible. Here's what we keep and why.

Anonymous visitors

If you browse without logging in, we don't log your activity. The site runs on Cloudflare with analytics and logging disabled. No cookies, no tracking, no server logs of your visits.

Logged-in users

When you log in (to submit venues, write reviews, or claim ownership), we store:

• Your name and email from your OAuth provider (Google, etc.)
• Standard request logs: IP address, user-agent, timestamp
• Content you submit (venues, reviews, claims)

We retain these logs for troubleshooting and abuse prevention. They're not sold, shared, or used for advertising.

Cookies

We use a single session cookie to keep you logged in. It's httpOnly and secure. No third-party cookies, no ad trackers.

Data deletion

Want your data purged? Contact us and we'll remove your account and associated content. Reviews you've posted may be anonymized rather than deleted to preserve venue feedback history.
