Conor Byrne Pub
Community-owned cooperative pub and music venue in the heart of historic Ballard, featuring live music seven nights a week including Bluegrass Mondays, Honky Tonk Tuesdays, and Sunday Open Mic Night.
History: Originally opened in 1904 as the Owl Saloon, one of Ballard's oldest establishments. Renamed Conor Byrne in 1993. Closed March 31, 2024 when previous owners departed. Employees, musicians, and community members formed the Conor Byrne Cooperative and purchased the pub in May 2024, with grand reopening in August 2024. Also maintains @conorbyrnecoop Instagram for co-op business updates.
