History: Approved by Pike Place Market in October 2021 and opened in 2022, founded by Tia Matthies and Robynne Hawthorne to rekindle Seattle's arts scene. Located in the historic Corner Market building basement. Co-founder Tia Matthies also co-founded The Royal Room in Columbia City. Was reported as being up for sale after approximately three years of operation.
