Converted 1935 warehouse turned 1,800-capacity concert venue in Seattle's SoDo district, featuring exposed brick walls, wood-beam architecture, and a 300-capacity lounge with its own stage.

History: Originally built as a truck warehouse in 1935. Opened as a concert venue in September 2007 as an expansion of the Showbox brand. Has hosted Kid Rock, Heart, The Pogues, M.I.A., The Hives, Dropkick Murphys and many more.
